1、 Basic information of the project

Project Name: Ningbo Yibo Automotive Parts Technology Co., Ltd. Annual Production of 15 Million Seat Armrest Stamping Parts and New Energy Vehicle Strengthening Beam Production Line Project

Construction location: Fengguo Line 3, Xiwu Street, Fenghua District

Construction scale: Ningbo Yibo Automotive Parts Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest 15 million yuan to build a new 5-story factory building at No. 3 Fengguo Line, Xiwu Street, Fenghua District. The company will construct one pickling line, one paint stripping line, three electrophoresis lines, three powder spraying lines, one aluminum oxidation line, one aluminum passivation line, as well as two shot blasting machines, 15 welding machines, 50 punching machines and other machining equipment. The annual output of seat armrest stamping parts and new energy vehicle reinforcement beams will be 15 million pieces.

2、 Distribution of main environmental protection targets within the scope of environmental impact assessment

The main environmental protection target is the village (residential) committee within a 5km radius, and the nearest environmental protection target is Baidu Village, about 730m southwest.

3、 Prediction of major environmental impacts

After being collected, shot blasting waste gas can be discharged in compliance with standards through bag dust removal treatment. Welding waste gas can be discharged in compliance with standards through a mobile smoke and dust purification device. Sulfuric acid mist, hydrogen chloride, and electrophoretic drying waste gas can be discharged in compliance with standards after being treated by a spray tower. Spraying waste gas can be discharged in compliance with standards after being treated by a pulse filter cartridge. Dehydration and drying waste gas, spraying and solidification waste gas (including natural gas combustion waste gas), gas steam generator waste gas, and sewage treatment station waste gas can be discharged in compliance with standards. The impact on the atmospheric environment is acceptable. After the wastewater treatment of the project meets the standard, it will be discharged into the municipal sewage pipeline network, with little impact on the surrounding surface water environment. The solid waste of the project mainly includes waste activated carbon, wastewater treatment sludge, spray waste liquid, waste lubricating oil, hazardous waste packaging materials, household waste, etc., all of which can be properly disposed of. The project noise mainly comes from the operation noise of production equipment. After sound insulation and noise reduction measures, the factory boundary noise can meet the Class 3 standard requirements of the "Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprise Boundary Environmental Noise" (GB12348-2008). Overall, the impact on the surrounding environment after the implementation of this project is acceptable.

4、 Main environmental protection measures to be taken, environmental risk prevention measures, and expected effects

Waste gas: Shot blasting waste gas is collected and treated with bag dust removal before being discharged from the exhaust pipe at a height of not less than 15m. Welding waste gas is discharged from the mobile smoke and dust purification device treatment workshop. Sulfuric acid mist, hydrogen chloride, and electrophoretic drying waste gas can be discharged from the exhaust pipe at a height of not less than 15m after being treated by a spray tower. Spray coating waste gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe at a height of not less than 15m after being treated by a pulse filter. Dehydration drying waste gas, spray coating solidification waste gas (including natural gas combustion waste gas), gas steam generator waste gas, and sewage treatment station waste gas are discharged from the exhaust pipe at a height.

Wastewater: Production wastewater is treated by the sewage treatment facilities in the factory area, and domestic sewage is treated by septic tanks and discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network after meeting the standards.

Noise: Select low-noise equipment and take corresponding sound insulation and noise reduction measures to ensure that the factory meets emission standards.

Solid waste: Hazardous waste such as waste activated carbon, spray waste liquid, hazardous waste packaging bags, wastewater treatment sludge, and waste lubricating oil are entrusted to qualified units for treatment. Waste bags and dust collectors are collected and sold for reuse. Household waste is entrusted to the environmental sanitation department for regular cleaning and disposal; All types of solid waste can be properly disposed of.

Environmental risk: Enterprises should strengthen management, carry out daily maintenance of facilities, and prevent the occurrence of accident conditions; Implement the various risk prevention measures proposed in this evaluation, strictly follow the emergency plan for disposal, and ensure that the accident risk of this project is controllable.
